Best Online Course Platform in 2026 for Coaches in Europe: Kajabi, Teachable, Podia, Ablefy and Pro Mind Hub
The best online course platform for a coach in Europe depends on what you sell besides the course and where your data needs to live. Teachable starts lowest, at $39 a month with a 7.5% transaction fee. Podia combines website, store, courses, community and email from $49 a month. Kajabi includes all of that with no revenue share, from $179 a month. Ablefy starts at €59 a month for courses and community and is the only provider here whose own pages state that its platform is hosted in Europe. Ablefy states on its own pricing page that its platform is hosted in Europe. We have not confirmed the hosting region for eStage in writing, so for this requirement Ablefy is the better-documented choice today.
You only sell one course.
Teachable and Podia are built for selling courses and start under $50 a month. A full Hub with CRM, booking and community is more than one course needs.
You want no platform subscription at all.
Our Hubs run on eStage, which is also a subscription platform. You keep your domain and contacts, but the system still runs on a platform you pay for monthly, through a Care plan or your own eStage account.

02Do online course platforms take a fee on every sale?
Some do on their entry plans. As of 31 October 2026, Teachable charges 7.5% on Starter and Podia 5% on Mover, and both drop to 0% on higher plans. Kajabi takes no revenue share. Ablefy charges 2.7% + €0.50 per successful standard payment. Card processing fees from the payment provider come on top in most cases.
