3. Third-Party Purchases & External Services

Recurring Subscription Fees – If a third-party service involves ongoing payments (e.g., software access, hosting, memberships), any cancellation or refund request must be handled with the third-party provider under their terms.
Important: If you purchase a service through a Pro Mind Hub recommendation, you must follow the official refund policies of the respective provider.
4. Refund Eligibility & Process
For eligible refund requests related to Pro Mind Hub’s own products, the following conditions apply:

5. Subscription Cancellations

If a subscription is offered through a third-party provider, you must follow their cancellation and refund policies. Pro Mind Hub is not responsible for processing third-party subscription cancellations.

7. Refund Processing & Transaction Fees
If a refund is issued, Pro Mind Hub will deduct non-recoverable payment processing fees imposed by Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers.
