Access and intake
We confirm the approved scope, current systems and the access boundaries needed for the Blueprint. Credentials and sensitive data are handled only where necessary and through appropriate access.
Stage 03
The audit runs
We diagnose the current state, map the customer lifecycle and identify the architecture decisions that matter before a larger build is considered.
Stage 04
Delivery and walkthrough
You receive the Blueprint and recommended next sequence. If a qualifying implementation starts within 30 days, the $497 Blueprint fee is credited toward that project.
